Waiting for New Moon

To mark the release of "New Moon", the most highly anticipated film of the year based on the bestseller by Stephanie Meyer, Volterra treats fans to an exclusive preview.

Twenty minutes of trailers and behind-the-scenes footage of The Twilight Saga: New Moon will be screened after the Rome film festival.

This is a fair full of events and surprises. The three days open the 1st weekend on Saturday 14 and Sunday 15 November and resume with the screening when the film is released nation-wide.

The event features numerous appealing initiatives: first of all the Italian dubbers Stefano Crescentini, David Chevalier and Ilaria Latini, lending their voices to Edward Cullen, David Chevalier and Jacob Black respectively, will be the stars of an exciting reading session from the books of the saga and will lead the participants by the hand through the magical world of voice dubbing, satisfying all of the curiosities of the 'twilighters'.

Also scheduled is a walk called ‘Sulle tracce di Edward e Bella’ (Hot on the trail of Edward and Bella), which explores the setting of New Moon, the Visit to the Etruscan city, the theme Party and the screening of the cult film Twilight.

The complementary welcome pack contains cool gadgets: badges, maps of the official route of the settings from the book, bookmarkers with the famous Palazzo dei Priori, the "Volterra in New Moon" brochure and "Volterra città dei Volturi" posters.

There are around one hundred original "The Twilight Saga: New Moon" T-shirts up for grabs for the first to book. Don't miss the draw for Books autographed by an actor.
