They are products of the wild or fruit of the professionalism and tireless work of our farmers, identity and capacity for innovation. Just think of the knowledge required of the preparation process for the wines that are taking centre stage at both a national and international level.
Extra virgin olive oil is one of the finest products of the Pisan territory. Besides its exquisite flavour (worth tasting uncooked directly on bruschetta!) it is also very versatile.
The red or white, rosé or amabile wines produced primarily in the hill areas of this territory enhance the flavours of any foods, cooked or otherwise, and all of the typical dishes of the province of Pisa cuisine.
Truffles, one of the most valued and prized natural products, sought by gourmets the world over, are produced in the province of Pisa thanks to the harmonious blend of tradition and environmental quality.
The typically Tuscan Pisan hills, unique for the diversity of the landscape and the numerous varieties of products that they offer, are the outcome of the work of the farmers that have always cultivated these lands.
